The whole country is mourning the passing. Seven people died in the horror plane accident including three members of the Grammy-nominated band

The Nelons, a popular gospel family in the US, died when their plane crashed.

The tragic tragedy killed seven individuals, including Grammy nominees Jason and Kelly Nelon Clark, their daughter Amber Nelon Kistler, and two more.

 

Also slain were Amber’s husband Nathan Kistler, family employee Melodi Hodges, and pilot Larry Haynie and his wife Melissa.In season 4 of The Nelon, Autumn Nelon Streetman wasn’t on the plane.

 

The band headed to Alaska for the Gaither Homecoming Cruise on Friday. However, their jet crashed over Wyoming, creating a massive forest fire.Five of the seven passengers are chuckling about the future journey.

Some stated the plane crashed in flames, and firefighters and other rescue services raced to the scene as a blaze broke out.

Wyoming sheriffs said no one survived.

Autumn Nelon Streetman stated, “As many of you know by now, my parents, Jason and Kelly Nelon Clark, along with my sister Amber, brother-in-law Nathan, and our dear friends Melodi Hodges, Larry, and Melissa Haynie, were in a terrible plane crash on Friday.”

The Nelons entered the Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame in 2016. They are considered one of the most influential US gospel families.

Their most popular songs are I Shall Not Be Moved, Come Morning, and We Shall Wear a Robe and Crown.

In their career, they were nominated for three Grammys.
