Local news outlet WSAV.com recently photographed Eastwood. The actor strolled down 40th Street in khakis, a button-down shirt, and sneakers, exuding his trademark charm. Savannah residents are excited about the production crew filming there.
A Cinematic Marvel: Juror #2
“Juror #2” will be a cinematic masterpiece about Justin Kemp, a family man with a moral issue. Kemp’s verdicts in high-profile murder trials potentially affect innocent people.
Although Gabriel Basso is still being cast, the picture already stars Nicholas Hoult, Toni Collette, Zoey Deutch, and Kiefer Sutherland.
Jonathan Abrams’ captivating script has caught the attention of renowned Hollywood producers like Adam Goodman, Matt Skiena, Tim Moore, and Jessica Meier. Additionally, Jeremy Bell and Ellen Goldsmith-Vein contribute their executive production expertise to the project.
An Exciting Adventure Awaits!
Excitement is building as the production of “Juror #2” begins this month. Despite the official release date not yet being announced, fans and critics eagerly anticipate Clint Eastwood’s final film.
Clint Eastwood may not have been able to attend the Los Angeles premiere of his latest film, “Juror No. 2,” but that didn’t dampen the excitement for his lead actors and the hundreds of moviegoers who showed up to support him.
The 94-year-old screen legend’s film served as the closing night gala screening for this year’s AFI Fest at the historic TCL Chinese Theaters. Although Eastwood couldn’t be there in person, AFI president Bob Gazzale assured everyone that they were there to show their support for him.
Toni Collette and Nicholas Hoult, the stars of “Juror No. 2,” were introduced by Gazzale. Collette shared her honor of working with Eastwood as a director and described him as a “truly good, solid human being.” Hoult jokingly mentioned that audiences wouldn’t understand the new movie unless they had seen “Juror No. 1,” and the pair recorded a video message for Eastwood, eliciting a shout from the audience of “We love you, Clint!”
A family guy, played by Hoult, struggles with sobriety and supports his wife, Zoey Deutch, through a high-risk pregnancy in Eastwood’s 40th picture. His jury duty assignment suddenly leads him to face a painful event from his past, causing moral and criminal difficulties during a contested murder trial.
Collette plays a tough prosecutor campaigning for office. Kiefer Sutherland, Chris Messina, Leslie Bibb, J.K. Simmons, and Adrienne C. Moore also star.
Despite the low premiere buzz, domestic audiences should expect the same exposure. Warner Bros., which produced “Juror No. 2,” intends a limited theatrical release in less than 50 theaters with no imminent plans to expand.
They will not record box office grosses, which is rare but not prohibited. No PVOD or Max streaming date has been established for the picture.
A spectacular journey that will make a mark on cinema is expected. Grab your popcorn and settle in to see this living icon take his final bow.
